      Gladys Wilhelmine Auguste Dreger, age 88, of 108 W. National Ave., Brillion, passed away Tuesday, December 30, 1997, at Bellin Hospital with her family at her side.
      Funeral services will be held at Trinity Lutheran church in Brillion. Rev. Richard Scheibe will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery.

      She was born March 25, 1909, in the town of Morrison, Brown County, daughter of the late Theodore and Pauline (Sonnabend) Klug. (sic) She was baptized at Morrison Lutheran church on April 11th by Pastor William Henkel and confirmed at St. John St. James Lutheran church, Reedsville. She graduated from Reedsville High School in May, 1928. She married Otto Carl Dreger on August 21, 1929, at St. John James Lutheran Church in Reedsville. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Brillion.

      Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Mildred and Thomas Fahrbach, Glidden; three sons and one daughter-in-law, Lloyd Dreger, West Allis, Gerald Dreger, Brillion, Theodore and Ann Dreger, Waupaca; one daughter-in-law, Margaret Dreger, New Holstein; six grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; two sisters, Alverta Engelbrecht, Reedsville, Delores Zurn, Sebastion, Fla.; and one brother, Delbert Sonnabend, Franklin, N.C.

      She was preceded in death by her husband, Otto Carl Dreger in March, 1994; one son, Harold Frederick Dreger and two sisters, Bernice Denk and Ethel Getzin.
