Notes - Mrs. John Nettekoven, a pioneer resident of the town, passed away at the home of her son, Math Nettekoven, on Christmas Day.
She had reached the age of 65 years.
Katherine Nettekoven was held in high esteem by all who knew her, quiet and unassuming with a kind word for all.
The funeral was held Monday morning from the Sacred Heart Church, conducted by Rev. A. Jaeckle. The Christian MothersÂ’ Sodality of which she was a devout member, escorted the corpse to and from the church.
