Mrs. James Wallace passed away at the home of her son Daniel Wallace on Friday, at the age of 80 years. Her husband died about 20 years ago. She leaves to mourn her death, two sons and one daughter, Daniel of Darboy, Edward of Oshkosh and Mrs. Alice Cannon of Rhinelander.
The funeral was held Monday at 10 AM at the Holy Angels Church. Mrs. Wallace has been a faithful member of the Altar Society and all the members attended the funeral and escorted the remains to the last resting place. The pallbearers were Charles Otte, Fred Behling, Henry Jochman, Mike, A.G. and Fred Hartzheim.

(we believe to have found lots of mistakes in the early papers and records
her husband name either John, Jakabuns, or Jacob, we believe the correct name was James) in the obituary, it was written as Mrs. John Wallace, this is a mistake, as it was Mrs. [ James] Wallace.
