    • De Pere - Barbara M. (Basinski) Roffers, 78, De Pere, went to our Heavenly Father on Wednesday February 21, 2018 and was surrounded by her family as she passed into Jesus' arms. She was born December 1, 1939 to the late Edwin and Athlene Basinski. Barb graduated from Green Bay East High School, and shortly thereafter married her lifetime love Harvey Roffers at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church on September 13, 1958. Barb and Harvey were blessed with 6 daughters. While raising the family and working on the farm, she also enjoyed working several waitressing positions, and helped open the first kitchen at the former Wisconsin Employers Health, serving as head cook. After retiring from the farm, Barb and Harvey moved to their cottage in Crivitz, where they spent many years converting it into their loving home. The Crivitz years were some of the fondest memories. They would open their house for all to come and spend countless hours of family time on the water or at the house. She loved to cook and play games with everyone. Barb was a Lifelong Catholic, and together they instilled Christian values in their children.

Barb is survived by her husband Harvey, their daughters; Denise (Jim) Beaudry, Patty (Gary) Nelson, Lynn (Brian) Katers, Jeannine (Brian) VandenHeuvel, Lisa (Todd) Ambrosius, and Kendra (Todd) Deschane. She is further survived by her grandchildren; Matt (Heather), Phil (Lexie), Andrew, Jeff, Becky (Ted), Brad (Sarah), Cole, Amber, Ashley, Jake (Jayme), Josh (Aleks), Emily (Perry), Luke, Tyler (Shelby). Megan (Nick), Raef, Sutter, Langden, Easton, Denton, Eric (Kris), Angela (Travis), Eric (Jess), Tim (Kristel), and Jordan (Aubrey), as well as her 19 great grandchildren. Barb's brother; Edwin Basinski, sister in law; Dolores Holl, and brother in law Bob Grosse. Barb is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews from both sides of the family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her in laws; Frank (Cecelia) Roffers, her siblings; Harold (Cleo) Basinski, Pat (Bob) DeGrand, Shirley (Mel) Lardo, and Char Basinski.
