- Tristan Chad DeQuaine, infant son of Chad and Jennifer DeQuaine, passed away Thursday, September 12, 2013 at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Tristan was able to spend 1 hour and 37 minutes of life with his parents, sisters, brother and grandparents.
Survivors include his parents, Chad and Jennifer; two sisters: Cora and Clara; a brother, Tyler; maternal grandparents, Gary and Kathy Reader; paternal grandparents, Marvin and Janet DeQuaine; four aunts: Wendy DeQuaine and her special friend, Mark Zastrow. Kathy DeQuaine, Amy (Jim) Benesh, Shelly (Eric) Englebert; and an uncle, Chris (Kristen) Reader.
A funeral service will be held at Noon on Monday, September 30, 2013, at Martin Luther Church, 436 S. Lake St., Neenah, with The Rev. Jason Oakland officiating. The visitation will be held at the church from 11:00 AM until the hour of service. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
