- Theresa "Jane" Heraly, Kaukauna, age 84, died peacefully on May 1, 2014 at Matthews of Appleton with her family by her side. She was born May 15, 1929 in Kaukauna, daughter of the late Carl and Rose (O'Donnell) Weigman. On August 26, 1950 Jane married LeRoy H. Heraly. The couple enjoyed 54 years together prior to his death on December 8, 2004. Jane was a spiritual person, a loving mom and grandma. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Jane was known for her "sweet tooth", and every meal had to finish with "something sweet". She loved baking and getting together with her family to play cards and share laughs. Jane cherished the memories of the Oneida Bingo trips she took with LeRoy. Jane was a longtime member of St. Aloysius Church and choir.
Jane is survived by her two sons: Ken (Ellen) and Bob (Heike); two daughters: Barb (Bob) Marx and Kay Melberg; daughter-in-law, Lisa Heraly; grandchildren: David, Michael, Matthew (special friend Ling), Jeni, Nic (special friend Kiri), Chris, Matt (Kathy), Bill, Aaron (special friend Cortney), Ryan (special friend Sara), Kayla (Adam Uphill), Megan (fiancé Mitch), Justin, Nick, Nathan and Andrew; four great-grandchildren: Alana, Mya, Courtney and Jacob. She is also survived by her sisters: Rita Joosten, Rosella (Robert) Peterson, Bonnie (Ralph) Duprey and Joan Cozzi; and her brother, Jerry Weigman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy; her two sons: Dan and Bill; and her siblings: Don, Leo, Norman, Bill, Carl, Jim, Ambrose and Mary Agnes.
Mass of Christian Burial for Jane will be at 12:00 Noon on Monday, May 5, 2014 at ST. KATHARINE DREXEL PARISH at ST. Aloysius Church, 2401 Main Ave., Kaukauna with Fr. Jerry Pastors officiating. Friends will be received at church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established.
