- Tate Kenneth Kwiatkowski, 69 days, Neenah, passed from this world on Friday, March 25, 2016. He was born on January 16, 2016. Even though he was only with us for a short time, he stole all of our hearts. No child was more loved or more deeply wanted.
Tate is survived by his parents, Jeremy and Rebecca Heidke-Kwiatkowski and his big brother Jake. As well as his Gran, Pink; Aunts, Kristy and Katie Heidke; Uncle, Mike Heidke and other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Tate's life will held at 4:00 PM, Tuesday, March, 29, 2016, at the Kessler Funeral Home, 304 S Commercial St., Neenah, with Chaplain Jordan Kuczwara officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Neenah. Visitation will be held Tuesday, at the Kessler Funeral Home from 2:00 PM until the time of service. A memorial fund will be established, please no flowers or plants.
The family would like to thank the NICU staff at Children's Hospital in Neenah for their amazing care and support.
