      She was predeceased by her husband, Herman J. Franz; sister, Ruth Ver Voort; and brother, Myron Meulemans.

      She is survived by son, John F. Franz; daughter, Margaret Ann Franz; brother, Ralph Meulemans; and many nieces and nephews, including Dale and Rosemary Van Elsen and William and Mary Katherine Roskom.

      Services will be held Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 10am at St. Galls Church. Arrangements in care of FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home.
