  Recitation of the rosary will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, 1998, in St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Roy for Roseanna S.C. Delplanche, who died Feb. 6 at age 80. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11, in the church. Mrs. Delplanche was born April 24, 1917, in Mill City. Her maiden name was Bowe. She moved to Portland in the 1920s. She was a homemaker and a member of the church. She married Lawrence in 1936; he died in 1996. Survivors include her son, Lawrence E. Jr. of Klamath Falls; daughters, Hazel Wilson of Stockton, Calif., Alice Vuylsteke of Hillsboro, Ruby Beal of Sandy and Martha Haggerty of Oregon City; brothers, Rudy Bowe and Sonny Bowe, both of Portland, and Dorman Bowe of Milwaukie; sisters, Gertrude Cousins and Cleia Day, both of Portland; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Interment will be in St. Francis Cemetery in Roy. Arrangements are by Forest Grove Memorial Chapel.
