Robert W. H. Rudloff Sr. Appleton
Age 81, died on Wednesday, October 1, 1997 at Appleton Medical Center. He was born in Britten, South Dakota on Joly 27, 1916 to the late Louis and Emma (Presteen) Rudloff. Robert worked for 32 years at Kimberly Clark and to his friends will be remembered as the cowboy. Robert also served time in thje U. S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lottie, in 1987, whom he was married to for 50 years; his second wife, Viola, in 1995; and his brother, Wilbert Rudloff.
He is survived by his children; Earl (Mitzi) Rudloff, Robert (Karen) Rudloff Jr., and Helen Hackbarth, all of Appleton; Cherly (special friend Bob) Holcomb, Sun City, California; Sharon (Ken) Ninmer, Brillion; and Mary (Tony) Peterson, Manti, Utah; a brother, Harold Rudloff, Appleton; and two sisters, Bernice Van Dynhoven, Grand Chute; and Ruth Plach, Appleton. He is further survived by 16 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; special friends; Clarence and Betty, both of Appleton; and other relatives and friends.
The funeral services will be Saturday, October 4, 1997 at 4 p.m. at the Valley Funeral Home, Appleton with Rev. Leon Knitt officiating. The visitation will be on Saturday at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until the time of service. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund has been established.
