Robert R. Parmenter
1038 Sterling, Neenah
Age 64, beloved husband, father, son, brother and grandpa, died at his home on Sunday, June 18, 1989. He was born June 8, 1925 in Neenah, the son of Lyle and the late Agnes [Hokland] Parmenter. He married Eileen W. Evers on June 18, 1949 in Little Chute. Mr. Parmenter was employed for Kimberly Clark for 49 years retiring in 1986. He enjoyed the outdoors and was a motorcycle enthusiast. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Marine Corp. Mr. Parmenter was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church.
He is survived by his wife, Eileen; his father, Lyle, Neenah; two daughters and sons in-law, Mrs. Bonnie J. [William] Belling, Appleton; Mrs. Pamela M. [Jeffrey] Morris, Neenah; eight grandchildren; Tony, Vicki, Jennifer, Ben, Beth, Brittany Belling; Kristi and Kevin Morris; a brother and sister in-law; Richard L. [Emily] Parmenter, Los Angeles, California; two sisters and brothers in-law; Mrs. Jean [Charles] Brehm, Colorado Springs, Colorado; Mrs. Ann [Robert] McMillin, Neehah; many nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held at the Westgor Funeral Home at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 20, 1989 with the Rev. Richard L. Allan officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
