    • APPLETON — Ray A. Schwaller, 72, of 1755 N. Meade St., Appleton, died Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. following a long illness. An Appleton resident for 52 years, Mr. Schwaller was formerly employed by the Voecks Brothers Meat Market. He was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church of Appleton and the Holy Name Society.
      Surviving are his widow, the former Clara Schwarz, to whom he was married on Sept. 3, 1923, in Hortonville; a daughter, Sister Marlene, Green Bay; four sons, Delmar, Appleton; Eugene, Combined Locks; Richard, Marquette, Mich., and Jack, Freedom; two brothers, Wilfred, Appleton, and Norbert, Green Bay; five sisters, Mrs. Lillian Werner, Appleton; Mrs. Arthur Neumeyer, Brillion; Miss Hilda Schwaller, Manitowoc; Miss Mildred Schwaller, Chilton, and Mrs. Marie Schiebl, Sheboygan, 26 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
      Funeral services will be held at St Therese Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m. Friday, with interment in St. Joseph Cemetery.
