- Ralph Kollmann, 64, of De Pere, passed away unexpectedly Monday night July 25, 2016 at home. The son of the late Ingeburg and Raymond Kollmann was born September 1, 1951 in Fond du Lac. He married the former Karen Van De Laarschot at St. Boniface Church on July 25, 1981. The couple was celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary on Monday. He worked many years at Valley Unit Step and later worked in the heating-ventilation business. He was co-owner of AirTech heating and cooling. Ralph enjoyed hunting and fishing with his friends and working on projects in his garage. He was dedicated to and protective of his little buddies, Leo, Sam and Samantha.
Survivors include his wife, Karen, one brother, Dwayne (Geri) Kollmann, two sisters, Carmen (Mike) Peters, and Phyllis Schoen and Larry Andrew. Ralph was further survived by, mother-in-law, Evelyn Van De Laarschot, brothers-in-law, Keith Van De Laarschot, Gary (Lisa) Van De Laarschot, sister-in-law, Sandra (Rick) Byers, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and father-in-law, Norbert Van De Laarschot.
Family and friends may call at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 N Tenth Street, De Pere, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Friday, July 29, 2016. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday at the funeral home. Inurnment in Allouez Mausoleum.
