  Owen J. Peterson. Dale, Wisconsin. Age 84, passed away at the home of his daughter at Alma, Michigan Wednesday evening after a lingering illness. He was born November 11, 1889 at Shiocton and lived in the Dale area most of his life. He owned and operated the Peterson Garage in Dale for forty years until he retired. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church at Dale. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Dorothy) Cornelius of Alma, Michigan, and Mrs. Hugo (Evelyn) Dobberstein of Appleton; 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, three brothers, and a sister. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday from St. Paul Lutheran Church at Dale with burial in the Dale Union Cemetery. Rev. David Voss will officiate. Friends may call at the Borchardt and Moder Funeral Home in Hortonville from 3 p.m. on Friday until 11 a.m. on Saturday and then at the church until the time of the service.
