      Orland Denissen, 86, formerly of Green Bay, died on May 10, 2007, at Circle of Life Hospice, Springdale, Ark.


      He was born in Green Bay, to Matt and Antoinette Denissen. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a retired dairy farmer.

      He moved to Arkansas in 1991. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, wood carving and the Green Bay Packers.

      Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Elayne; his son, Tony (Nanci) Denissen, Green Bay; daughters, Bonnie (Ken) Myers, Rogers, Ark.; Orlane (Gary) Moore, Denmark, Wis.; Mary (Bob) Renz, Farmington, Ark.; Becky (Mark) Williamson, Divide, Colo.; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Roman Denissen, three sisters, Janice (Bob) Cavil, Kathleen Van Beek, all of Green Bay; Eloise Mikulsky, Fallbrook, Calif.; sister and brother-in-law, Teresa Denissen, and Norbert Gillis, both of Green Bay.

      Orland was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Mary Gillis, Fern Derouin; two brothers, Matt Denissen and Peter Denissen; sister and brothers-in-law, Agnes Denissen, Kenneth Derouin, Vernon Van Beek and Richard Mikulsky.

      A memorial Mass was held at St. Stephen's Catholic Church and internment was at the Fayetteville National Cemetery.

      A memorial fund has been established in Orland's name.
