Being an avid card player, the family gatherings usually concluded with a fun game of Sheepshead. She enjoyed travel with family and friends both domestic and abroad. She, also, did not miss an opportunity to play bingo. Joyce and Norb spent many Saturday evenings dancing at the Cinderella Ballroom with their many friends. As her family grew, she included employment at both the former Grants Department Store and Zwicker Knitting Mill.
