      Tuesday, March 5, 1957

      Mrs. Josephine VanCuyk, 56, Combined Locks, died at 4 o'clock this morning after a long illness. She was born September 11, 1900 in Marshfiel.

      Funeral services will be at 9 o'clock Friday morning at St. Paul Catholic Church, Combined Locks, with burial in the parish cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 7:30 Wednesday and Thursday evenings at the Jansen Funeral Home, Kimberly, where friends may call after 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon.

      Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Harvey Hoffman, Appleton, Mrs. Robert Biese, Combined Locks, Mrs. Ervin VandeHey, Wrightstown, Mrs. Norbert VandeVoort, Little Chute, and Mrs. Ernest LaBay, Crystal Falls, Michigan; three sons, Edward and Lawrence, both of Combined Locks, and Donald, with the Army at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri; five brothers, Jake and Harold Lamers, both of Kimberly, John Lamers, South Dakota, Ted Lamers, Little Chute, and Clarence Lamers, Combined Locks; four sisters, Mrs. Peter Biehling, Darboy, Mrs. William Bonzelet, Kimberly, Mrs. Joseph Sanderfoot, and Mrs. Henry Weyenberg, both of Little Chute; and 18 grandchildren.
