Notes - APPLETON POST CRESCENT Friday, November 2, 1945
Mrs. Joseph H. Evers, 47, 413 Wilson St., Little Chute, died at her home Thursday night after a short illness. She was born May 9, 1898 at Little Chute and lived there all of her life. She was a member of the St. Elizabeth Society of St. John Church, Little Chute, and of the American Legion Auxilliary.
Survivors are the widower; one daughter, Barbara, at home; one son, Harold, at home; one brother, Norbert Hietpas, Little Chute; and two sisters, Mrs. Peter Coenen, and Mrs. Alphonse Coenen, Little Chute.
A solemn requiem high mass will be held at 9 o'clock Monday morning at St. John Church, Little Chute, with the Rt. Rev. Msgr. J.J. Sprangers in charge. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call after 3 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Verkuilen Funeral Home, Little Chute. Rosary will be recited at 7:30 this evening at the church, and at 8:15 Saturday and Sunday evenings at the funeral home.
