    • Jean C. Golden, age 82 of Oshkosh, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, surrounded by family. She was born on June 6, 1934 in Seymour the daughter of the late Alvin and Clara (Winters) Kunstman. She graduated from Kimberly High School in 1953. Jean was united in marriage to Donald Golden on June 12, 1957. Their marriage was blessed with three sons. Jean enjoyed playing cards, dancing, going on bus trips, and bowling couples with Don and in women's league. Jean also loved knitting and taught her granddaughter how to knit. She treasured the time she spent with her grandchildren.

      Jean is survived by her beloved husband, Don, of 59 years; two sons, Michael (Wendy) Golden and Jeffrey (Nicole) Golden; five grandchildren: Hendrik, Kade, Breck, Jared and Kaitlyn Golden; one sister-in-law, Mary Kunstman; and further survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was preceded in death by one son, William, and one brother, Ronald Kunstman.

      A Memorial Service will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at First English Lutheran Church, 1013 Minnesota Street, with Pastor Tim Greenwald officiating. Friends and family may visit at the church from 10:00 am until the time of service. Private inurnment will take place at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Associationand American Cancer Society .

      The family would like to thank Lakeshore Manor and Generations Hospice and their wonderful staffs for the great care and comfort that was given to Jean. Your kindness will never be forgotten.
