      Age 63, died Wednesday, December 7, 1994 at Parkside Care Center in Little Chute. He was born December 21, 1930, son of the late Chester and Sophie (Zimmerman) Heinritz. He married Maxine Buske on April 23, 1955 in Appleton. Jay served in the Army during the Korean War. He was employed at Consolidated Papers of Appleton. Survivors include his wife, Maxine; three daughters: Pamela (Wayne) Vanden Wyngaard, Sharon Hoffman, Wendy (Don) Menting; two sons: Thomas and Brian Heinritz. He is also survived by three brothers: Robert Heinritz, Earl (Mary Ann) Heinritz and Raymond (Jean) Heinritz; 11 grandchildren: Tanya, Matthew, Joshua, Sara, Phoebe, Camille, Amanda, Holly, Heather, Donald Jr., Benjamin; and a great-grandson, Jaymond. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews. Jay was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters: Gladys and Shirley; and two brothers: Chester Jr. and Donald. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 10, 1994 at 11 a.m. at the Wichmann Funeral Home, 537 N. Superior Street with Rev. Will Bloedow officiating. Friends may call directly at the funeral home on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of service.

      Jay will be loved and missed very much by many family and friends.
