    • James A. North, age 71, Town of Lawrence, passed away peacefully at his home, with his family by his side, on Friday, December 18, 2015. He was born July 28, 1944, in Shawano, to the late Russell and Imogene (Burton) North. Jim married Judy Nickodem on July 18, 1967, at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Green Bay. Jim was a biology teacher for 35 years at Seymour High School. He also enjoyed his part time jobs in landscaping and working for the Green Bay Packers.

Jim loved fishing, traveling, and being outside in nature. His "happy places" at home were his Packer room and "heated" workshop where he spent countless hours. He loved his Packers and was obtaining Packer autographs up until the very end. He was a simple man who was always there for his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Survivors include his loving wife of 48 years, Judy; two daughters, Jennifer (Dan) Koel and Jamie (John) Campbell; five grandchildren, Jocelyn, Jimmy, Jayson, Josie, Jaxon; mother-in-law; father-in-law; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Dawn Burris.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 21, 2015, at Lyndahl Funeral Home 1350 Lombardi Avenue, Green Bay, from 10:30 am until the time of memorial service at 1:00 pm. Online condolences may be expressed at www.lyndahl.com.

Jim's family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Gautam, the entire staff at the Vince Lombardi Cancer Center, and the Aurora at home hospice nurses.
