- Jacob Dashner, 63, 320 Allard St., died Friday monring in a Green Bay hosptial of complications resulting from an accident at his summer cottage.
Mr. Dashner fractured both legs Aug. 7 in a mishap at Roberts Lake near Wabeno. Confined to a wheel chair for 36 years, Mr. Dashner had designed an electric power lift platform which would carry him in his wheel chair up and down a 25 foot slope at this boat dock to enable him to go fishing. He served with Battery E, 121st Field Artillery during World War I and was a member of Heesaker-Brown post, American Legion. Survivors are his wife; two sons, Harvey and Perry of West De Pere.
