Notes - Henry Landry, 100, of Bay settlement, and a native of Mishicot, died at his home Monday evening after being in poor health for over a year.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday in the Holy Cross catholic Church in Bay Settlement. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body is at the Dupont-Malcore Funeral home in Green Bay.
Mr. Landry was born May 19, 1852. At the age of 24, he married Jennie Contley and they lived in Bay Settlement on the present homestead where Mr. Landry had lived for 76 years. His first wife died after seven years of marriage and two years later he married Louise Boulanger, who died in 1904. In 1905, he married Delia Van Lieshout of Bay Settlement.
He is survived by 14 living children, 48 grandchildren, 80 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Manitowoc Herald Times, Wednesday, October 8, 1952.
