Age 51, son of the late Marie and Antone Van Gompel, died at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday July 22, 1987, after an extended illness. He was born May 11, 1936 in Little Chute.
Survivors include three brothers, Richard, Marcellus, James Van Gompel, Little Chute; four sisters, Mrs. Herbert Lom, Appleton; Mrs. Robert Walker, Kaukauna; Mrs. Peter Schmalz, Tallahassee, Florida; Mrs. Norbert Weyers, Kaukauna.
Private funeral were held at 4:30 p.m. July 23, 1987 at the Verkuilen Funeral Home, Little Chute. Interment was in St. John's Cemetery.
