- Hazel Julaine Kleberg
In Memory of our daughter Hazel Julaine Kleberg who was born in Seattle, WA on September 10, 2014 at 10:24 pm weighing 5 lb. 3 oz. and measuring 18 inches long. She passed away peacefully in the arms of her Mommy and Daddy on the morning of September 11, 2014 in the Neonatal Unit at University of Washington Medical Center. 'I'll love you forever, I'll like you for always, as long as I am living my baby you will be.'
Hazel is survived by her parents Jason and Molly Kleberg, big brothers Evan and Ryan (Seattle, WA); aunts and uncles Paul and Amy Bloch (Kaukauna, WI), Adam and Amanda Fredrick (Appleton, WI), and Darren and Jessica Merten (Charlotte, NC); grandparents Henry and Julie Mckenna (Freedom, WI), Bruce and Karen Starszak (Marion, WI), Jerry Kleberg (Merrill, WI); great grandparents Bobby and GG Starszak (Combined Locks, WI). She was preceded in death by grandma Donna Kleberg (Kaukauna, WI)
