    • Evelyn A. Baeten, 89, Green Bay, passed away Thursday evening at St. Mary's Hospital from Heart Failure. She was born February 19, 1923 in Green Bay to the late Albert and Lena Gerlikowski. She was united in marriage to Bede Baeten. Evelyn and Bede celebrated 65th wedding anniversary on June 26, 2012. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Green Bay. Evelyn was also a member of the Altar Rosary Society and the Catholic Order of Foresters. She had many hobbies, Bridge, bowling, and many afternoon card games.

      She is survived by her husband Bede, her sons; David (Julie) Baeten, Ronald Baeten, as well as her two grandchildren, Christopher and Katie Baeten. Further surviving Evelyn, are her brother Ambrose (Betty) Gerlikowski, a sister Gerry (George) Brunette, a sister in law, Eunice Gerlikowski, as well as many nieces and nehpews and Bede's family. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Alden Gerlikowski.

      Friends may call at St. Joseph Catholic Church, corner of Ninth St. and 12th Ave. in Green Bay on Monday, January 14, 2013 after 9:30am. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am with Fr. Ryan Krueger officiating and Fr. Loren Nys SDS concelebrating. Ev and Bede prayed every day together and said the Rosary.
