      Eunice C. School, age 80 of Suring, left peacefully to join her Lord, with her family by her side on Monday, October 13, 2014. Born on February 7, 1934 in the Town of How, she is the daughter of the late Richard and Lenore Firgens. Eunice Firgens married Earl School on June 27, 1953 at the St. Michael's Catholic Church in Suring. Earl preceded her in death on December 14, 1981. She is a longtime member of the St. Michael's Catholic Church.

      Eunice is survived by: 3 daughters, LuAnn (Brian) Huebner of Green Bay, Elaine Stage of Suring, Kris (Ron) Christensen also of Suring; 5 sons, Marty (Jane) School of Green Bay, Mike (Debbie) School of Suring, Steve (Sheelagh) School of Suring, Rich (Jane) School of Suring, Russ (Angie) School of Wittenberg; 3 sisters, Phyllis Ermis of Suring, Sandra (Larry) Brenwall of Suring and Linda Bowman of Mountain. She is further survived a sister-in-law, Ethel Firgens of Suring; 30 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

      She is preceded in death by: 2 brothers, Harvey and Richard; 3 sisters, Eleanor, Lois and LaVerne; and a son-in-law, Steve Stage.

      Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at the St. Michael's Catholic Church in Suring with the Father Dean Dombroski and Sister Marla Clerex officiating. Burial will be in the Breed Union Cemetery. Visitation will at the church on Thursday from 12:00 noon until the time of services.

      The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff at the Woodland Village Nursing Home and the St. Clair Memorial Hospital for the care and compassion shown to Eunice.
