      Friday, July 26, 1968
      Mrs. Fred J. Wichmann [Emilie Retzlaff] 1027 W. Oklahoma St., age 84, passed away at 4:30 p.m. Thursday after a 2 year illness. She was born December 6, 1883 in Woodville, Wisconsin. She moved to Appleton a few years prior to her marriage in 1910 to the late Fred J. Wichmann. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
      Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Edward [Agnes] Schmiege, Appleton; several nieces and nephews.
      Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church with Rev. F.N. Brandt officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call at the Wichmann Funeral Home from 3 p.m. Sunday until 10 a.m. Monday and after 10:30 at the church until the time of service.
