Search for Earl Stoll
Mother of Former Oshkosh Young Man Seeks to Learn Whether He Is Living or Dead.
The Chicago police are aiding in the search for an Oshkosh young man, Earl Stoll, the son of Mrs. E. F. Stoll of 97 Ceape street. He is reported to have died at Chicago and his family in this city are decidedly anxious to learn his fate, and, if alive, his whereabouts at the present time.
A message was received by Rev. M. H. Clifford, an Oshkosh pastor, December 28, to the effect that Earl Stoll had died at Chicago. It has not been learned who sent the message, which has caused the greatest of anxiety to Mrs. Ste... According to this message, he was supposed to have died five weeks after he left home. Mrs. Stoll states that her son left here in March, 1918, and that she supposed him to be at Chicago. She had not heard from him since that time.
