    • Douglas A. Sigl, 57, of De Pere, Wisconsin passed away Saturday, October 15, 2016. Doug was born August 31, 1959, a son to Alvin and Blanche Sigl of Naples, Florida.

In 1988, Doug started his own computer consultant company, Brown County Computer Solutions Plus. He did programming for many companies such as the Green Bay Packers, The Jersey Store and PMI. His primary client was Seroogy's Chocolates; you could find him at his desk every day.

"Although Doug was paralyzed from the neck down, his inner strength and determination allowed him to live independently. Doug endeared himself to everyone he met with his calm demeanor and trademark smile." Doug loved to sit in the sun, listening to Jimmy Buffet, and spend time with friends and family.

Doug is survived by his son Luke (Jodie) Sigl of De Pere, his mother Blanche Sigl of Naples, sister Theresa (Philip) Bork of Naples, sister Mary Kay (Wayne) Vander Loop of Las Vegas, Nevada and brother Bruce (Patti) Sigl of De Pere.

Doug is also survived by two grandsons, Conor and Kayden, two nieces Marissa and Maria (Kaz) and five nephews, Tomas (Renee), Robin, Alex, Josh and Nick. Doug was preceded in death by his father Alvin, a nephew Jacob and a niece Susan.

Family and friends may call at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM on Friday, October 21, 2016. Visitation will continue on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Family, 1307 Lourdes Avenue, De Pere, beginning at 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at noon.
