    • Cyrus O. Ritchie, Appleton, age 90, died on Tuesday, August 24, 2004, at Darboy Living Center. Cyrus was born in Bear Creek, Wisconsin, on May 11, 1914, son of the late David and Julia (Young) Ritchie. He married Mary Stiebs on April 9, 1942. Cyrus was employed at Kimberly-Clark for 29 years, retiring in 1977. He loved collecting antiques and refinishing furniture.

      Cyrus will be greatly missed by his wife, Mary; brother, Garritt Ritchie; sister, Veronica Lutz; and nephew, Mykle (Ruth) Bradley. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews.

      Cyrus was preceded in death by his brothers, Doc, Pat, Kenneth and Oswald; and sister, Germaine.

      The Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 28, 2004, at ST. BERNADETTE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2331 East Lourdes Drive, Appleton, with Rev. Harold Berryman officiating. Visitors will be received at the funeral home on Friday, August 27, from 4 until 8 p.m., and again at the church on Saturday, August 28, from 10 a.m. until the time of service. The interment will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Appleton.
