      Formerly of Appleton, age 64, died Sunday following a short illness. He was born March 28, 1913 in Rib Lake, Wisconsin, and had resided in California for the last twenty years.
      Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Kositzke Konz; two sons, Cornelius Jr. and Peter, both of San Diego, California; three sisters, Mrs. H.P. (Mary) Fisher, Appleton, Miss Elizabeth (Lee) Konz, Margate, Florida, and Mrs. Bruce (Geraldine) Franklin, Tucson, Arizona; four grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
      The complete funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Brettschneider-Trettin Funeral Home, the Father Campion Baer officiating. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park.
