    • Cleon P. "Hussy" Huss, Little Chute, age 83, died Tuesday, May 10, 2011, at his home surrounded by his family. He was born April 3, 1928, in Kaukauna, to the late George and Catherine (De Coster) Huss. Cleon married Marian Metz on September 10, 1949. He was part owner of Van Zeeland Implement-Kaukauna.

      Cleon is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Marian; children: Katherine (Tom) Schroder, Kaukauna; Patricia (Jon) Zeininger, Menasha; and Paul (Barb) Huss, Combined Locks; grandchildren: Sue Schroder, Tina (Nick) Voigt, Jamie (Rhonda) and Nick (Maureen) DeLeeuw, William IV (special friend Lauren Jares) and Jon Zeininger Jr., Mike (special friend Jessica Danielzcak), Joe, Kelly and Jason (Bailey) Huss; great-grandchildren: Austin, Ethan and Jasara Huss and was looking forward to the birth of three more later this year; brothers: Jerome (Delores), Floyd (Arleen), George (Rose) and Kenneth (Rosie); sister Nancy (John) Schmidt; sister-in-law Elvira (Elmer) Kraus; Godchildren: Dean Huss, Karen Boldt, Debbie Haessley, Carla Hicks and Mary Zierler; and extended family Jim (Leslie) Lursink and their children Jessica and Hailey. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

      In addition to his parents, Cleon was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law: Michael and Irene Metz Jr.; siblings: Lawrence (Agnes), Sylvester (Ethel), Katherine and Robert (Mildred); and brothers and sisters-in-law: Anthony Metz, Helen Metz, Laurie (Gordon) Cotter and Marcella (Jules) Van Munn.

      Visitation will be held Friday May 13, 2011, at HOLY CROSS PARISH (309 Desnoyer St., Kaukauna) beginning at 9 a.m. until time of Mass at 11 a.m. The Rev. Thomas Pomeroy will officiate.       The family would like to extend a big thank you to Gina, Tammy, Susan, Christine, Lori and the Chaplain Dan from Affinity Health Hospice for their support during these times. Also, a thank you to Ronnie, the nurse from Affinity, and the staff on the fourth floor (west) of St. Elizabeth's hospital for your support during these difficult times.
