  Oregonian, The (Portland, OR) - Tuesday, August 5, 1997 A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 8, 1997, in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Tillamook for Clara N. VanLoo, who died Aug. 3 at age 84. Recitation of the rosary will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 7, in Waud's Funeral Home. Mrs. VanLoo was born Jan. 9, 1913, in Fort Rock attended school in Gaston. Her maiden name was Beeler. In 1937, she married Norman he died in 1994. She also lived in Timber, Bay City and Forest Grove. She was a homemaker and a member of the church. Survivors include her daughters, Geraldine Edwards and Janise Kessel, both of Tillamook, and Beverly McDougal of Willamina; sons, Roger and Duane, both of Tillamook, and Michael of Lebanon; and 14 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. The family suggests remembrances to the Tillamook County Hospice or the Tillamook County Library.
