- Chase Marvin Stadler, age 2 of Neenah passed away peacefully at home on Saturday December 29, 2007 surrounded by his family. He was born in Appleton on September 16, 2005 to Jaime L. Page-Stadler and Joel Stadler. Survivors include his parents Jaime and Joel, Neenah; his sister Emily, Neenah; grandparents: Robert and Cheryl Page, Neenah; grandmother Charlotte Belonger, Appleton; aunt and uncle Mike and Heidi Wudi, Appleton; uncle Robert Page, Appleton and niece and nephew Emma and Samuel Wudi, Appleton.
Chase is further survived by 9 very special nurses that became an integral part of our family. They provided Chase with exceptional medical care, compassion and comfort. He was truly blessed to have them in his life. They include: Tracy Adams, Julie Dubois, Renee Holdren, Michelle Jahnke, Elaine Laczny, Anne Muza, Wendy Sellier, Nicole Stephani and Teri Werner.
Chase was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Marvin Stadler.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Friday January 4, 2008 at Faith Lutheran Church, 601 E. Glendale Ave, Appleton, 54911 with Pastor John Scott officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00AM until time of service at the church on Friday and on Thursday January 3, 2008 from 5:00-7:00PM at Valley Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers a memorial fund is being established.
The family would like to thank a number of medical professionals for all their efforts in caring for Chase including: Pediatrician, Dr. William Kasper; Neonatologist, Dr Kimberly Seeger; Neurologist, Dr. Terrence Edgar; the 9 wonderful nurses that cared for Chase at home, the nurses in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at St. Elizabeth Hospital and numerous others that have cared for Chase during his short life. Finally, to all of our family and friends, we appreciate all of your prayers.
To Our Son: Words cant express how much we love you. You were given to us as a true gift from God. You brought a new perspective to our lives when you were born. We learned what it means to be a parent and how to love one another unconditionally. Until were reunited in Heaven, well cherish the memories of how your smiles and dimples expressed your love for us and warmed our hearts. We love you little buddy!
