      Dombrowski, Chuck "Damian" Chuck "Damian" Dombrowski, 59, Pulaski, died unexpectedly Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2007, due to heart failure. The son of the late Julius and Sally (Holewinski) Dombrowski was born Feb. 12, 1948. On Nov. 25, 1967, he married his high school sweetheart, Diane VanLannen at Assumption B.V.M. Church, Pulaski. The couple would have celebrated 40 years of marriage this November. Chuck was employed at AMA, Inc. for 15 years. Chuck enjoyed the outdoors especially when he was hunting or fishing. He truly enjoyed time with family and friends. Most important was treasured time spent with his grandchildren. In addition to his loving wife, Diane, he is survived by his four children and one son-in-law, Amy (Timothy) Wasielewski, and Michelle, Nick, and Lisa Dombrowski; four grandchildren, Kari, Tyler and Rachel Wasielewski, and Derrick Dombrowski; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Dianne Wiater and Doris (Bob) Chambers; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, David (Marilyn) Dombrowski, Donald Dombrowski and Darrell (Cindy) Dombrowski; aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents and one brother-in-law, John Wiater. Friends may call at Marnocha Funeral Home, Pulaski, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. (TONIGHT) Friday, Oct. 5, 2007. Closing Prayer Service will be at 7:30 p.m. Visitation continues after 10 a.m. Saturday at Assumption B.V.M. Church, Pulaski. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Fr. Patrick Gawrylewski, O.F.M. presiding. Burial in the parish cemetery. The family sincerely thanks AMA, Inc. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
