- Caitlyn Elizabeth VandenLangenberg, 13 month old daughter of David and Angela (Martinson) VandenLangenberg, passed away after a courageous battle with a lengthy illness on Saturday, March 1, 2014. She was born on January 6, 2013 in Green Bay. Caitlyn adored her dog, Bella and looked forward to car rides and walks in her stroller. She loved to watch racing on TV with her Daddy and also cuddling with her Mommy.
Caitlyn is survived by her loving parents, David and Angela VandenLangenberg; paternal grandparents, Tony and Chris VandenLangenberg; maternal grandparents, Richard Martinson and Cosette Vaclavik; aunts and uncle, Marressa Maldonado, Schanidar Maldonado, Denise and Jason Seiter; cousins, Shane and Alex Seiter; and many other relatives and family friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at the Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St.,from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Online condolences may be expressed at www.prokowall.com.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund is being established.
The VandenLangenberg family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the doctors and staff of St. Vincent Hospital, especially the PICU staff, Dr. Edgar and his staff for all of their special care and compassion.
