    • Arleene Marion DeKelver, 91, De Pere, passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2012. She was born June 7, 1921 in Green Bay to the late Leo and Francis (Van Schyndel) Holtermann. She worked at a local pharmacy while attending college. She married Winferd DeKelver in 1943. He preceded her in death on June 30, 1999.

      Arleene was a great homemaker. There were always many fish fries with family and friends. Arleene would pack hot dogs in a thermos bottle plus other foods when she and Win went to Packer games. They loved to square dance, golf, fish, travel and play cards.

      Arleene is survived by one son, Bob and Sue DeKelver, Brussels; one daughter, Sandy and David O'Blenes, Green Bay; six grandchildren, Beth (Tony), Amy, Bobbie (Tony), Jennie (Lee), Michael (Heather) and Crystal (Corey) and five great-grandchildren, Tina (Kevin), Kyle, Collin, McKenzie and Gus; and a sister-in-law, Delores Holtermann.

      She was preceded in death by one son, Daniel Patrick DeKelver and three brothers, Ralph, Art and Cletus Holtermann.

      Visitation will take place Friday, September 21, 2012 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Avenue. Visitation will continue on Saturday, September 22, at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1484 Ninth Street, from 10:00 am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am with Reverend Patrick Beno officiating.
