      Age 63. died early Tuesday after a courageous battle with cancer She was born July 4, 1912 in Little Chute. She was a member of the Christian Mothers of St Thomas More Catholic Church Survivors include three daughters, Mary Rose Thyssen, Mrs Eugene (Joan) La Plante and Mrs Roy (Betty) Burmeister Jr, all of Appleton, three sons, John Thyssen of New- London, Kenneth of Hortonville, and Jerry of De Pere, three brothers, William and Levy, both of Little Chute, and Jan of Chicago, four sisters, Mrs. John Lamers of Menasha, Mrs Bernard Mix, and Mrs Eliza Helf, both of Little Chute, and Mrs Tress Began of Appleton; and 18 grandchildren.
      She was preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas; a sister, Helen Welhouse; and three brothers, Harry, Jerome, and Joe.The complete funeral
      will be Thursday, January 1, at 2 p.m. at St. Thomas More Catholic Church with the Rev. Gerald Falk officiating. Interment will be in St John Cemetery in Little Chute. Fnends may call at the Brettschneider-Trettin Funeral Home after 4 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. until the cortege leaves for the church. A prayer service will be held at 8 p.m Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
