Nieling, Anna E. Anna E. Nieling, age 86, of Crooked Lake, Wisconsin, passed away January 11, 2005 at her daughter's home in Men-asha. She was born April 20, 1918 in Appleton daughter of the late Martin and Catherine (Verbeten) Diedrich. Anna married Albert P. Nieling and he preceded her in death August 22, 1996. Anna enjoyed doing her jigsaw puzzles, she loved spending time outdoors raking, shoveling snow, and lawn care. Anna lived in Little Chute before moving to Crooked Lake in 1980. She was employed at Essential Products Corporation for 20 years. She belonged to the Crooked Lake Fire Department Auxiliary. Mrs. Nieling is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Shirley (Gary) Van Harpen; a son, David Nieling; grandchildren: Amy, D.J. (Mary), Tom (Jennifer) Van Harpen; Jeff and Laura Nieling; 3 great-grandchildren: Madi, Annie, and Cameron Van Harpen; 3 sisters: Martha DeBruin, Catherine Baumgart, and Germaine Blair; 2 sisters-in-law: Anne Diedrich and Wilma Nieling; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Anna was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; brothers and sisters-in-law: Steve (Clara), Florian (Marie), Victor (Ruth), Austin, Ray (Minnie), Les (Loretta) (Virl), John (Gladys) Diedrich; 2 sisters and brothers-in-law: Gertrude (Ralph) DeBroux and Dorothy (John) Shillcox; brothers-in-law: Jerome Blair, Al DeBruin, and Bill Baumgart. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 14, 2005 at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church with Rev. Msgr. James Vanden Hogen officiating.
