    • Fond du Lac Commonwealth Reporter, Wed. Apr. 2, 1969, p. 38, c. 1. Alfred H. Purrier, 76, of 151 Forest Ave., died at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born Aug. 17, 1892, in St. Paul, Minn., a son of Raymond and Minnie Hine Purrier. He married Catherine Koch on Oct. 1, 1912. She died Jan. 4, 1947. He married Cecilia Pitsch in December 1948 and she died June 4, 1967. Mr. Purrier was a retired pressman at Fred Rueping Leather Co. He was a member of the Eagles Club, Aerie 270. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Charles D. Schwartz of the city; two grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; one brother, William of Arlington, Mass., and one sister, Mrs. Edith Osgood of Arlington, Mass. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Friday at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and 9:30 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church with the Rev. Claude T. O'Brien officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Purrier, who died Tuesday, were held at 9 a.m. today at Uecker-Witt Funeral Home and at 9:30 a.m. from St. Patrick's Church. The Rev. Claude T. O'Brien officiated. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jack Maurice, Clarence Maurice, Chester Gysbers, Harry Keyes, Eugene Grug and Steve Vande Kolk.
