    • Agnes E. Decker, 97, 1555 Dousman St, died Friday, Dec 10, 1993. She was born in the Town of Glenmore on July 14, 1896, to the late Paul and Gertrude (Loehlein) Matzke. She married Dewey E Decker on October 7, 1919, at St. Mary's church, DePere. He preceded her in death on Aug 25, 1982. She was a member of the Chicago and North Western Railroad Women's Club and the VFW Auxiliary. Agnes was an original member of Annunciation Parish. She led an exemplary Christian life, based on the basic tenets of Christ to "love God and love thy neighbor." Her deep religious fervor and great love for her fellow human beings was an inspiration to all who knew and loved her. In spite of being blind in her final years, she never lost her cheerfulness. Agnes is survived by two sons and daughters in law, Dewey A Phyllis Decker, Green Bay, and Ellison and Cora Decker, Las Vegas, Nev, a daughter-in-law, Lorraine Decker, 13 grand children, 10 great grand children and some longtime friends and neighbors...She was also preceded in death by one son, Melvin J Decker, on Dec 9, 1990...Entombment in Allouez Mausoleum.
