Notes - Myron "Mike" Vanden Heuvel passed away at his home with his family by his side on Monday, December 13, 2010.
Mike is survived by his wife of 54 years, Janice; his daughters: Cindy (Joe) Freeman, Debbie Vanden Heuvel, Laurie Brandt, Nancy (Tom) Bartman, and his son: Mark Vanden Heuvel; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Mike is also survived by his sister: Elaine Diedrich and a brother: Quinn (Barb) Vanden Heuvel.
Mike enjoyed spending time with his family, betting on the dogs, the Brewers and fishing.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, one sister and several in-laws.
The family would like to thank Heartland Hospice for the care given to Dad during his illness.
A private family service will be held at the Fargo Funeral Home in Kaukauna.
