    • Emma Defferding

      Age 90, passed away at 9:15 P.M. Friday, March 8, 1968, after a short illness. She was born on October 9, 1877, in the Town of Center, WI., and lived in the Town of Center until 1929, when they moved to Appleton.
      She is survived by three sons; Leo, Oregon, Lawrence, Town of Center, and Cornelius, Shiocton; 17 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
      Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 12, 1968, from the Valley Funeral Home with the Rev. Leonard Ziemer officiating. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Appleton. Friends may call at the Valley Funeral Home from 2:00 P.M. Monday, March 11, 1968, until the time of the service on Tuesday.
